Membership

All sales are final, and no refunds will be processed for membership cancellations. Paid memberships may be downgraded or upgraded at any time within the account portal (login details will be sent via email upon membership approval). Free memberships may be upgraded at any time within the account portal. In the event that a membership request to The African Diaspora Group is denied, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

We respect your privacy, and any personal information provided upon registration will be kept secure, and used to provide relocation or investment services in accordance with our privacy policy. By submitting your membership request, you consent to communication made by our team via phone call, text message, email, and/or video conferencing to offer services or updates as provided by your membership level.

Diaspora Returns and Invests Members

For Add-on services, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Members who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or do not provide notification of cancellation within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be assessed a $50.00 no show fee. All sales are final, and no refunds will be processed for unused services.

Diaspora Returns Plus and Invests Plus Members

Diaspora Returns Plus and Diaspora Invests Plus members will be issued a coupon package to redeem for services, for the country selected upon registration. Members who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or do not provide notification of cancellation within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time forfeit the value of the coupon attached to that service. A $50.00 reinstatement fee will apply for re-issuance of the coupon. Packaged services are valid for a period of 2 years (730 days). All sales are final, and no refunds will be processed for unused services.
